There's a person behind all this. It's me.

I'm Mark. Hearthlight is my company - not a franchise, not a private-equity rollup with a friendly name. I live in Douglas County, I'm EPA Universal Certified, and the tech who shows up at your door is me, or someone I trained and would trust in my own mother's house.

I started Hearthlight because I kept watching neighbors get quoted a new furnace for what turned out to be a $230 part. This industry doesn't need more sales quotas. It needs someone who shows up when they said, tells you the truth about what's broken, and puts the price in writing before touching a tool.

You'll get my photo by text before I knock. We'll wear boot covers at the door, explain what we found in plain English, and leave your home the way we found it. If we're ever not the company I just described, tell me directly - my cell answers this number.
